Take the time to pamper yourself with beauty regimen that will make you feel you are doing something worthwhile.



Eat healthy. Because you love your body, it is essential that the food you put in should promote good health.



Stay active by doing things you enjoy. You can either take regular walks in the park with people close to you or join an aerobic class when your kids are in school. There is a deep satisfaction once you take hold of your life.



Be a child and enjoy life! Notice how a child has a wonderfully disposition? Be a child and start looking at life in a positive way even when things are not going your way.




Believe that you can lose weight and you will.
